Any cost estimate provided during the inspection is subject to change if unforeseen complications arise during the actual repair work.
Customers may choose to purchase their own materials. If we purchase materials on your behalf, the cost will be added to the final invoice.
While we take utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing faults in your property's electrical or plumbing systems.
